Fed-up with the puny output of your boat's existing electric horn, or worried that it is not even likely to work when you need it most?

Then you need to consider the Kahlenberg K-380 air horn. Its output exceeds electric horns of similar size and it offers an output of 123.4 dB (A) at one metre in a dual tone of 380Hz and 460Hz. Extremely low air consumption enables it to use a rotary compressor without a separate reservoir, a lighter and more compact solution. This 12V or 24V DC compressor can be easily and safely installed out of the elements, below decks. Alternatively you can install the K-380 with the full P449-20 Compressor Kit and V-170 Valve Kit.

Robustly manufactured of spun and cast brass with a bronze diaphragm and high quality chrome plate finish, the Kahlenberg K-380 air horn will give you a lifetime of service. It can be mounted in the ideal horizontal position without fear of the elements destroying its performance. Kahlenberg K-460 air horn

The Kahlenberg K-460 air horn is perfect both to retrofit in place of failed or sub-standard electric units and to fit on new builds to enhance the quality of your yacht or motorboat.

Its output, a powerful tone at 460Hz, exceeds IMO ColReg requirements for vessels up to 20m (66ft). This model uses the smaller trumpet of the K-380's twin units and very low air consumption enables it to use a rotary compressor without the need for a reservoir. This horn compressor be easily and safely installed out of the elements, below decks and connected with very small air lines that use instant connections.
